I can’t find these answers anywhere quickly.

Do I need to use paper clips on any of the forms in the initial petition packet or do I just place them in an envelope loosely?

Also, do I put the uscis address on both envelopes? Do I need to mark any specifics on either envelope?

And finally, is there anywhere that shows an example of using text messages in evidence/proof of relationship? I want to make sure I did the screenshots document correctly.

Thanks in advance for the help!

You don't prove a relationship with the i129f petition

1) It doesn’t really matter if you use paper clips or not.

2) What two envelopes are you referring to? The full I-129F packet is generally sent in one envelope.
3) Ad an above poster mentioned, evidence of relationship is not always necessary at this stage BUT, with the petitioner from Uganda, it’s a good idea. Text messages are not a very strong form of evidence though. Submit lots of boarding passes, passport stamps, and receipts from visits. Include some photos as well. You can include some text messages or call logs too, but there is no particular format it has to be submitted it. For mine, I did a few screen shots of messages between my fiancé and my family to show they know each other and announcements of our engagement.
