Just as an aside, but I think still on topic is that one of the best things about Visajourney.com is there are many members with lots of experience who stick around and help others through the process.  But, that also means the senior members have seen a lot of questions over and over again.  When we see a foreign spouse come on telling us what's going on with their spouse in the USA and why they hope to get an expedite, we help if it can be done by telling them how to do it (or otherwise point them to the information they need)  or save them the trouble by telling them not to bother. When a foreign spouse comes and asks a totally hypothetical question with no explanation, we tend to react as if there's not likely a legitimate reason, because usually that's the case.  Whether that's good or bad is for each person to decide, but it is what it is.

Well in this thread, the US spouse is the one asking, not the foreign spouse. Simply for understanding. Not to fabricate or concoct. Because that would invite unnecessary risk in our process, and we have already been through a lot. Again, the link from USCIS provided all the info I was asking. I do have a medical issue and wondered what types of issues typically qualify. Plain and simple. The end.
