Hi,

I'm moving/flying back to the USA(US Citizen by birth) on Feb 21st from UK (overstay due to not having funds to get home because of COVID).
I am about to file for my wife's i-130. What date do i put for in the 'until' box for this residence in the UK?
As i haven't left yet and its in the future, i cannot put a future date, but i would like to add my US residence, to allow them to see proof of intent to domicile.
I do not want to compromise anything by saying I've moved out today and moved into my US residence today when it wont be until the 21st February.

Also i do not have exact dates for my first two jobs that i need to input and have put rough estimates as i was unsuccessful obtaining employment dates from them, will this be ok as long as i write a notice about this at the end?

How do i go about this? All advice would be very much appreciated.

Thanks
Snooch.

I will put “present” for the residence

Sounds like this is a planned online filing, so one puts the current date.  Present is not allowed to be entered.  To the OP.  Just tell the truth.  If the truth you wish to tell is that you live in the USA, wait three weeks to file so that will be true.
