Medical after interview but what is if consulate keep original passport/?

Hi

I have interview end of February but can’t get medical before interview.Few people suggested to keep both date and go for interview on original date and then medical next day.! But I was wondering if consulate keep original passport after interview , would they let us in for medical without original passport.? Please advice.!

Yes. You can use certified copies (post office do this etc).
