Hello,

I'm trying to make an appointment on USPS passport website at https://tools.usps.com/rcas.htm  and after entering my zip code and then finding a proper location with lots of available dates around the date I'm looking for, always see the message "There are no time slots available for the total number of people selected. Please select a different date or location." while I choose only 1 Adult with no minor. I've tried other browsers, locations and dates, but the end result was the same and basically I get this message for all other locations and dates.

It seems to me, it's software bug and wanted to check to see if this is the correct and how can resolve this issue, if you had similar experience? Thanks.

I had a similar thing happen to me, but i was able to book once i selected a date that was a month away from the current date. I think their system is inconsistent and sometimes shows a time slot as available when it is not.

I just tried it myself and it worked fine for me. I think it's probably just a glitch. I'd say to try again later or tomorrow.
