Speeding ticket and probation

Hello.

 

I have citizenship interview in next month. I had speeding ticket and due to clean driving record court give me an option to plea guilty and go on probation for 6 months.and if i not get any more ticket in 6 months my ticket will dismiss.i choosed and now i am on ptobation and probagion will end in july 2022. Will this probation affect my citizenship interview that is in next month ?

i suspect u are on probation as u r LPR at this stage

and no,   most of us have a speeding ticket which in my state appears on the criminal report FOREVER  in my county

 

what is more important is Don't get another as it affects insurance premiums 

and the points for the ticket stay on your license for a period of years but affect insurance premiums (how much your insurance costs ) for several years

Hi! I dont think so. Just be straightforward with the Immigration Officer.
