Where it says to provide total income as reported on your federal tax returns  last three years.

Is this the income showing on your w2s
Where It says wages, tips, other compl on box 1?

Check your tax return for a line labeled "Total Income".  Should be on the first page of the 1040 form.  It MIGHT be the same as the total of your W2's but often is not.  Pick the correct number from the actual tax return or tax return transcript.

1040 form line 9.  Yes, you must file your tax return in order to ever see this number.

No, but the line is still "Total Income".  It's labeled.  Look until you find it.  "Tax Return Transcript"

Request for Return Transcript in IRS >> https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript

It is labeled as Adjusted Gross Income (AGI):

This is the  document you submit to immigration.

So it’s either that or total income

I notice all my transcripts have my name incomplete just few letter of first and last name

When you place in your request, you are asked for the purpose and IRS recommends you what document to download.

That's correct.  IRS are masking them or not showing complete names/address for security purposes.  (Not like  10 or 15+ years ago where mailed transcripts I received then had option to not mask/hide SS#, etc.)
Anyway, no problem on my submission with my I-130.

Actually correcting myself... I just checked my documents/filing.  The tax documents are with my AOS I-864ez.  I take back what I said of not having a problem :)  coz am still at NVC stage waiting for their review.  However, submitted what was downloaded from IRS along with a copy of latest W2.

No it is NOT adjusted gross income unless you filed the 1040EZ instead of the 1040 originally.  That being said, the two numbers are often the same.
