From my understanding your chances of getting approved before the five year period after your DUI are very slim. In my estimation the earliest you should file is 2023.

Of course the approximately $800 it costs to file an unsuccessful application is not that much 🤔 so you can gamble with it.

To answer your question directly, in my opinion your chances are very slim.

Good luck!

Did you get a ticket?

No ! Just couple of accidents which some of them are my fault . So in my state if you are involved in 3 accidents period of 24 months you gotta take a driver returning course , if not your license will be suspended. So am just worried if this can let to denial or delay of my N-400

I am just curious how you were not cited for at fault accidents? Well, if you were not cited/arrested you don't have to report it on the N400. However, i would still take any pertinent information with you to the interview and mention it to the IO to cover your bases.

A misdemeanor is a criminal offense that you have plead guilty to and it usually doesnt require jail time. If you havent

plead guilty before a judge to anything then you shouldnt worry about it. Only serius traffic offenses will affect your N-400 outcome like a DUI which in most state is even consider a deportable offense if you plea guilty to the actual DUI.
