I need some help. So my son ir2 got DQ July 2021 he had some problems so I expedite his case, at the interview they gave him a 221g for joint sponsor even tho the w2 that was submitted was in the 125% guidelines. I still summit what they asked for can someone please tell me what to do or why it’s happening.  Will his case move faster because it was expedited?

There’s more to be submitted with the affidavit of support than a W2. Did he submit a complete tax return for the same year as the W2?  Did he not ask the interviewer what was missing from your Affidavit of Support?

Was his visa an FB-1 with an interview in London like the rest of this thread is about?
