Folks who filed I-130 in January 2022, let's use this post to keep track of our cases.

Here's my timeline so far..

# Packet was sent on Jan 7th 2022

# Case Received on Jan 13th

# NOA received in mail Jan 24th

Received two NOAs ( One from California and anothers one from Nebraska). I spoke with the live agent and she said my case was being processed at Nebraska Service Center.

Current Status - Case is being actively reviewed.

What is this for?  Spouse, child, son/daughter, parent, sibling?

It makes sense to track those filing for spouses.  Perhaps also for parents?  And for LPRs to file for their spouses and children.

For other categories, the wait for a visa allotment to be available is so long that it doesn't really make sense to track filing status at USCIS.

Awesome! Do you know which service center is processing your case?

Letter didn’t say, it came from Texas center. I

filled for my wife and chold  but they only acknowledge receiving my child’s. That is weird!

My Case was approved today, I sent the K3 in. Texas center for I-130 and Nebraska for the K3.
