Instead of sending the roses to USCIS, send them to Michael Moore with a letter requesting that he do a documentary on the immigration process to uncover the dirt on this shabby 2-bit operation. Then the whole world can see what's really going on behind the scenes.

Submitted visa petition.

RFE for more evidence of marriage.

Approved petition, then mailed to…

NRC: 96 Days (6/7/07-9/11/07)

...wrong center! National Record Center (NRC) is a storage center.

I had to request them to send it to the correct center. Delayed 96 days!

NVC: 84 Days (9/12/07-12/5/07)

Received petition. Now I apply for the visa.

NVC approves visa application and sends it to Taiwan consulate.

AIT: 34 Days (12/6/07-1/9/07)

American Institute in Taiwan (AIT) receives visa application.

2 Interviews. Visa in hand!

Total Days: 340 Days

K-3:

USCIS-CSC: 126 Days (2/1/07-6/6/07)

NVC: 21 Days (6/7/07-6/27/07)

AIT: 106 Days (6/28/07-10/11/07)

Problem with fingerprint, wait 2 months.

CR-1 almost done so wait for that instead.

Hypothetically, if a documentary was made it would take couple of years..... us without an approval want to see some action happening on our petitions......... so thats why we were thinking flowers. However, for an overall change documentary would certainly have an effect.

just kidding but this is the trend here the ones who were fanatic about getting their approvals calm down all of sudden once they receive theirs and start telling others to be patient. just an observation.... heheh

Send your flowers through a professional delivary company such 1-800-flowers etc, we don't want to send a bunch of unauthorized packages to them and waste their time. In your note, please be polite (you can be annoymous and be polite) and indicate that you are an American citizen and your family is separated for several months due to the USCIS slow process, and you will appreciate a little attention by USCIS toward processing K3 applications.

This response from USCIS is in direct respons to the protest they recieved. I seriously think we should organize something like this from this site. Who is with me, we will all decide on what flowers, once we have 50 members from VSC and 50 for CSC. We will all ship out the flowers on the same day. Let them know we exist and we are waiting for our approvals.

I am one for CSC. My goal is to hit 50 for each Center by July 25th Thursday and ship out the flowers first thing the friday for the flowers to be there by the Monday when the open the center doors.
