This person is probably has issues and this was just the last drop of patience anyway all can have bad and good days! My opinion people are lazy to dig into info, read official website sites, they just come and ask for help. There's info which everyone needs to read before starting any visa process, there are also situations when you need someone's advice based on experience that is different question. And finally when we started K1 process we read all sources of info, watched videos on YouTube, read here all guides, asked attorney, because first of all this only you who needs it firstly, you are interested in success and people here are really helping! So go and learn, then come and ask if anything is not clear

OK, this is the last time I will say something and this is to everyone who has replied. Yes I will admit I was told about the the us travel docs website. However, and I need everyone to hear this, absolutely none of you are telling me how to get to where I need to go or what I need to look at or anything and that includes you too Powerpuff. All everyone is saying is go this website or go to that website and not going into details about what I need to do. Some people like myself need more specific help with this stuff and none of you seem to understand this. And the ceac website has nothing to do with the k1 visa process at all, this is for the other visas. This is why I mentioned the fact that I have a lawyer who is actually trying to help me out with the specific details that people on here think I know about and I don't but you guys don't realize this. But again, I have had it with coming on here and getting treated like a child. I'm probably older than most of you who are replying with your remarks. So I will not come on here anymore for a long time if ever. You can reply if you want but you are wasting your time. I have had enough of this website and those trying to treat me like a baby. I will leave you guys alone and I suggest you leave me alone. I will let my lawyer help me with the rest of the process.

I know this is too late to help you.  However, what I did was I handled everything on my end without a lawyer.  However, I hired a Filipino Visa company to assist my Filipina fiancee on her end. especially as she was not comfortable with the computer and she was comfortable with someone speaking her language.  Since they only were doing her end they only charged me half which was only several hundred dollars. Good luck and best wishes.

You need to hire an assistant or an employee for that not a forum member to guide you through each n every contents and page on how to process DS160.

Ability to read and to comprehend, is not thought in schools. What are computers and smart phones, if you cant read.

No one owes you anything.....

No need to threaten strangers on the internet who you did not hire. You hired a lawyer. If you don't like what you read from people who VOLUNTEER their FREE TIME after they did research on their OWN without anyone holding their hands, then go speak to the person you are paying. If the lawyer is so great, you should not need to be on Visajourney at all.

Read the guides posted on the site, use the search button for any questions you have to see what past posts have said, and make a new post if you have a new question that has not been asked her before.

Practicing gratitude is a great thing. :)
