So it's been a long haul for us. We submitted our I-130 two years ago and there's been zero movement. We filed a writ of mandamus in December (2021) and that seemed to get the gears turning.

The case changed to "We are actively reviewing your Form I-130...", but then later to an RFE process; which we responded to.

Today I got a notice the case changed again to "Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS".

However, under the Documents tab, it shows this:

And downloading this file, it looks legit:

But why hasn't the case status in the myUSCIS website changed?

And does this mean we're approved, or inconclusive?

You're definitely approved. The status just lags a bit. Our status updated to 'Approved' two days after the I-130 Approval doc appeared, and then updated to 'Sent to Department of State' a few more days after that.

Congratulations.

Thanks everyone. Now we just need to hope a war doesn't break out here in Ukraine.

You are approved.  CONGRATULATIONS.  Please post your NOA1,  SC and USC or LPR petitioning for who,  any I129F filed or not.  It will help others to estimate their approval.

Congrats on your approval. Did you send your RFE online or you mailed it in?

I did both. But I doubt mailing was needed. The myUSCIS status showed they received my response to the RFE sooner after I submitted it online.

Oh okay. Thank you. Congrats again

One more question sorry, was there a particular place you uploaded the RFE documents? Or you uploaded it in the unsolicited evidence section?
