NVC considers the date of the last document submitted (AoS or civil docs) as the official submission date.

They review all documents at once and provide feedback at once (either DQ or RFE).

I submitted it. Do you know how can it take for them to review. Are they faster than USCIS?

they take 90 + to get to the documents.

Once they get to them, the review is pretty quick (couple of days at most). If they have issues, they usually issue RFEs and make it the applicant or petitioner's problem, not theirs, which really sucks

I didn't submit any docs - they don't even acknowledge receiving my case from USCIS so there is nothing I can do.  Don't even have a case # assigned.   It's a crappy place to be in.  No idea if case is lost or sitting in a box.  There are no status updates.  Every time I call I get the same message that case hasn't been received.

Has anyone seen movement from NVC lately?  My I-129f was approved on January 21 and NVC still hasn't received my file.  4 weeks now.  That seems a little out of the norm based upon what I was seeing on this site.  Yes, I know the trends say something different, but it seems like everything is at a standstill for last few weeks.  Also, the approval from USCIS expires after 4 months.  I don't understand how we can wait 60 days for them to receive, etc.  Doesn't seem to line up.

We are in the same boat as you. However, ours is I130 which was approved on 24th Jan 2022. Called NVC couple days ago, they said they have not received our case yet from USCIS. It's about to be a month.

you should hear from NVC about case creation in the next couple of days (2 to 5 days).

You will be notified to pay AoS and DS260 fees

Once processed (it takes 3 to 4 days), you then upload AoS documents, fill out DS-260 and upload civil docs.

Once you hit submit for the last document, you start the 90-day wait for review

Ive submitted documents on February  12. I hope it only takes 1 month or less. Crossing my fingers

I wish you good luck but it is highly unlikely

I submitted November 19 and still waiting as of now 🙂

But, good luck
