I-797c notice without an access code? (n-600)

I filed my children’s n-600 applications early January from overseas. As international mail can be challenging at times, I would like to set their USCIS accounts so that I can track their applications.

 

When trying to enter their case number IOE etc. it’s asking me to enter an Access Code which is nowhere to be found on their I-797c letter. Or are we supposed to receive another one with additional information /access codes?

 

Or is there no access code because the kids are minors?
