Hello everyone.

I have a question regarding naturalization.

I got my green card in nov 2018 and i have lived for 10 months out of a year for the next 2 years. I have decided after that to work in US for 7 months and live back in my home country for 5 months in a year, for the next 3 years.

Am I still able to normally apply for naturalizarion since i met physical requirements of 30 months in 5 years and continuous residence of not being out of the country for more than 180 days?

Need to emphasize i do not work in my home country i am only employed while in US.

Thank you. I was just wondering if the officers have a problem with people who are not working in US for full 12 months.

If you meet what the USCIS define as physical presence and continuous residence then why would the officer have a problem?

Lover and hubby to 1, Daddy to 2. I do enjoy growing older but not growing up.

So as long i don't go out of the country for longer than 180 days and as long as i am in the US for 30+ months out of 5 years i should be fine?

Probably.
