I'm trying to reschedule my mother's visa interview since November last year, but the website keeps saying "There are currently no available appointments". She missed her scheduled interview last October because of the delay on her medical exam. And now, her medical exam will be expiring this March and I can get a new schedule for her. Is there a possibility that I can get a new schedule before her medical exam expires? How can I get her a new schedule aside from online and phone calls?

You have a few options:

Fill out the inquiry form online, explaining your situation and request an appointment:

https://ph.usembassy.gov/visas/immigrant-visas/immigrant-visa-inquiry-form/

Call USEM directly and try to schedule an appointment:

PH Number: (632) 5301-2000

US Number: (703) 520-2235

Or keep checking the website every weekday,  early in the morning and then again before bed (US time) until you finally see interview slots on their calendar.

Hope she gets her new interview schedule before her medical exam results expire.

Select a different immigrant visa class and try to book the appointment online. That strategy worked for my mother in law. She just got her visa. Calling the call center or submitting an inquiry is useless. You can only schedule an appointment online.

I tried your suggestions and because of my desperation, my account gets locked out. I have to wait for three days before I can use it again. But it's worth trying.
Thank you very much.

Yes, I got a her a new schedule. And she was able to get her visa a few days before it expires. It was a stressful process but everything went well. She joined me her in the US a couple days ago. Thank you.

I’m glad you were able to schedule her for interview. I tried to call and check it everyday but no available appointment. Did you chose another visa category?

I did the same thing as you. I called them and check their website many times a day. No, I didn't choose a different visa category.
