Well, the birth certificate said "Rejected" next to it, so we reuploaded that, and it turned to "Submitted". The sumbission date did not change tho, and we kept wondering if we were doing it right. 

 

Everything about this process feels like a test of patience.😅

When did you resubmit? And what was the document you had to resubmit? I believe if the document is a required document, then it has to be uploaded under required documents.

They are talking about the submission date. It did not change and stayed the same date as when they initially submitted the documented when it was rejected. This is normal when you upload and submit for an rfe for required docs.

December submission. Who recently got DQ and which date? When did you submit documents? My documents were submitted on December 10th, and waiting for responses.

I've seen nothing for this week so far even though NVC is looking at submissions from Dec 3 officially and it's already Thursday evening.

The current average seems to be 94 days so hopefully you hear something Monday or sometime that week
