DS 3025 Covid vaccine not routinely available

Hello,

my wife came in on a K1 visa earlier this month. We transferred her case from Russia to Colombia due to the embassy closing.

During her medical she was given an exemption on a covid vaccine as the only one available in Russia is Sputnik which is not recognized. The DS3025 is marked as “applicant completed vaccine requirements” and under her Sputnik vaccination there is a tick mark for “not routinely available.”

Since then she has received an “approved” vaccine to enter the country, but for AOS would we need to go to an approved physician and complete the I693 just for this vaccine? Or would the DS3025 with the explanations be sufficient? Thanks!

Ds3025 is marked as complete because you received a waiver.

You don't need to do anything but hand in a photocopy of it with I485 and bring it and a photocopy to your interview.
