Interview was short and below are the questions asked,

1. Where is your spouse ? (Told that I am divorced)

2. Full name

3. Current address and address during divorce

4. Marriage and Divorce dates (we were married for 4.5 years)

4. Reason for divorce (Said because of spouse's addiction and we both tried to get over it but it did not work out)

5. Do we have any kids together ? (No)

Then officer said, 'your interview is done, will let you know if I need anything and have a good day'

Today, I received RFE asking below documents,

1. Documents showing joint ownership of property.

2. lease documents until separation

3. documents with shared finances such as bank statements, electricity bills, phone bills etc until separation.

4.bank statements must include daily activities

5.pictures of wedding and other events or sworn affidavits from others

I feel like I submitted lots of documentation already. The only thing I didn't was joint bank statement as we don't have one. I have a few questions regarding the rfe,

1. Documents showing joint ownership of property.  - We do not have any property together, can I just mention that ?

2. lease documents until separation - I already submitted it but I can still do it from the time we started living together (before marriage) until separation.

3. documents with shared finances such as joint bank statements, electricity bills, phone bills etc until separation. - No joint bank accounts but I have everything else

4.bank statements must include daily activities - Not sure what this is? Is it like grocery bills, movie tickets etc? Can I add amazon orders during marriage to separation?

5.pictures of wedding and other events or sworn affidavits from others - I have hundreds of pics from marriage to our trips and various events. Are they sufficient instead of affidavits?

When you adjust status from a B or F visa on the basis of being married less than two years, the green card category code  is CR6

SRC is Texas Service Center

1. Yes, explain you do not have property together.

2. Yes, from the beggining of the marriage until separation.

3. Explain you don't have a joint bank account and include the all the shared bills you do have.

4. They want the bank statements to include ALL the transactions.

5. Send both pictures AND affidavits.

In general, send everything they ask for and if you cannot send it, explain why.
