N400 Inbox Update

Hello,

I applied 09/21, Bio reused. Nothing so far. I did send them through the inbox asking for updates. I received this.

---Your application information has been entered into the system which schedules applicants for interviews at their local Field Office. Interview appointments are scheduled as slots become available at the Field Office. Once you have been scheduled for an appointment, you will receive an Interview Appointment Notice to appear at a certain date and time at your local Field Office.

- Did anyone receive similar response?.

- Will you consider it, as a good thing, that things is moving forward?.

Marriage based. 3 yrs rule. Local office 9 months on my page, up to 16 months on the website.

Hi there! Its only been 4 months since you applied. Your application is based on  a 3 year rule so its gonna take a little bit longer than the 5 year .The fact that they responded to you is a good thing. Be patient.

I thought that the 3 yr rule, wait time is less than 5 yr one. Thx

I'm basing my comment from the 4 people that  i personally know. I'm hoping that in your case its quicker.
