I feel like there is definitely something else to this case. When you get to the naturalization stage of the process, you are usually past the suspicion of marriage fraud, because you underwent AOS and ROC. Do you think maybe there was a language barrier, maybe you did not understand the questions fully?

English here is okay but not great. Passed the civics perfect score. When i get the letter it says i work here and reside here . My work address in their system should be my home add and home add should be my work place. I place it correctly on the forms but I dont know why it was mixed up on the system. I should have done it with a lawyer when i applied but becasue of thinking i can save money without lawyer this happne.

Usually citizenship interview should have civics etc Qs only. Right?

100% True; better to save so many years & efforts by spending couple of thousand $$

What kind of dates you're talking about?

You realise that we will never know what happened.

6) or USCIS figured it out from residence addresses on the N400 form

7) at the citizenship interview OP was grilled on this.

😎as a result they figured out that op was separated before receiving permanent GC and hit him with misrep

Don't think thats the issue as He could've filed divorce waiver on ROC

Divorce was finalized after ROC. Got 10 year gc then applied for n500. Will renew my green card soon will jeep you guys here post. Thank yoh all.

That @mari04 was asking/saying was: Where you separated when you applied for ROC? Where you separated when you received ROC? Divorce takes time so what was happening with your relationships between your application for ROC and when you got the 10 year green card?

It sounds like this is very important.

This.

OP hasn't responded on if his address mix ups are a minor one or a major one. If in ROC, he claimed to live in an address shared with his spouse but in N400 he listed another address for the

time period before ROC approval, the IO would suspect for sure if he hid information like separation before ROC approval.

OP is just blaming address mixups for denial when it could be the case where the address discrepancy might well prove they were already separated before ROC approval.

If I were you, I would retain a top notch attorney and ask them to file a FOIA  (Freedom Of Information Act) for you. That way, you can see what is on your file and see if it is something you can overcome. It's certainly not a DIY anymore.

Why would you assume that he would not be able to do that himself online?

Why pay an attorney to do that?

Anytime a benefit was obtain through marriage to a USC you are always under suspicion. Over the years many members have discovered that even going through at 5 yrs they can and do often question about a marriage. Many like the OP blindly think that it's only about the civic questions. As he has mentioned more then once.

Right. I agree. But usually the fraud discovery or suspicion comes before.
If the suspicion is based on wrong dates/ addresses, then this should be a learning lesson for everyone (including me) that before an interview, you should review all your files.
