I can go to immigration court if they want me to. Its my chance to present my case that my previous marriage is valid and hopefully to end this nightmare.

But first, you need to verify that your case has been sent there.  You need to determine if USCIS has sent you a Notice to Appear.

You have been inconsistent with what exactly USCIS stated, the documents they sent you, and your understanding of how to proceed.  We do not know the specific details of you case and cannot offer much help.  Therefore:

  1. Collect all the document you sent to USCIS and that USCIS has sent to you.
  2. Consult an immigration attorney

totally messed up with the dates.

You have every single right not to disclose it here. But it is obvious that they don't deny people for getting the dates wrong, especially at the N400 interview. That might have happened before (and I still have to read of a case where they deny it because of getting the dates wrong)

I talked to a lawyer before and she said my dates and places that I put on my removal of conditions is not the same as what I provided on my n400 application. I had a lawyer during my removal of conditions, passed without interview.I decided to go citizenship without a lawyer because i thought everything is over and it is a different type of interview for civics only since I applied using 5 year rule.

What type of visa did you come in?

Where are you from?

How long have you been married?

When did you notify USCIS of your divorce?

There is obviously a lot going on, and I have no idea what the issue might be.

Hopefully you have a good Lawyer who can assist in this issue, there are certainly some who specialise in Naturalisation.

My lawyer who helped me during my removal of conditions passed away. Im trying to call his office before if i can get a copy of my file. My greencard expires this year  November.

Do they differ by a lot time wise and location wise? Just for an example, you saying you lived in Texas in  Jan -Oct 2016 (while married to your then wife) in ROC but mentioned California  in Jan-Dec 2016 in N400, that would of course create suspicion that you may never have lived with your spouse even before the divorce and that you lied at the time or you lied on N400.

When removing conditions, where you still living together with your ex-wife? If not, have you removed conditions with the divorce waiver or just stated that you are still married? Maybe this is what OP means about “address mix-up”.

Agreed, that seems to be the issue.

Even though OP is not clear, it seems he did not disclose he was divorced during ROC but did on the citizenship application. Therefore the denial.

We were married during removal of conditions. Mixed up address  I mean is during AOS and roc, the address that i put in n400 is not consistent with the dates i libed there compared to previous filings,

We got divorce a year after i got my 10 year gc.

You say you were married for two years and divorced a year after ROC was approved which is literally impossible as you file for ROC two years after becoming a resident, plus the time taken for AOS and ROC to be approved.

Whether it is members of the forum or a lawyer, helping you is very difficult, given the way you relay information.
