Maybe 20 years or so, if her son is 11 now he’ll have aged out by the time she gets a visa. 
 

Only certain relatives can sponsor, if you’re the only eligible one then you’ll have to petition her.

The child will be about 40 by the time your Sister arrives, if he is still single then She can sponsor him

 

Affidavit of support is not relevant now

As you found out in your previous thread, you can’t bring a sibling to the U.S. for at least 20 YEARS.

 

these visas are for “family reunification.”   If you’re not even living in the U.S., there is nothing to reunify.
