How long of a stay counts as an address change?

Hi all. A few years ago, my Canadian husband came to the US and because of extenuating circumstances, stayed 4 months instead of 2 weeks. We came together and went back home to Canada after that and then visited a few times for a week or two and went back to Canada. We were not even considering immigration back then.
As I’m filing the I-130 and our address history, I wonder if I should add that. I didn’t consider it “moving to a new place” and have no mail or bills at the place obviously but I also don’t want to omit information.

Any advice would be very appreciated.

Embassies ask for a police certificate if you've lived in a country for 6 months or more so I'd take that as reference for listing addresses: places where you've resided for 6 months or more.

In your case, he was just visiting and the visit was extended unexpectedly.

Let's wait and see what others suggest.

As long as is within 5 years period. You don’t need to have bills / mail for that reason. There’s one time I stay in 1 place for a month, I still have to put it down

Yes, but "visiting" a country, even for 5 months, does not mean you live there.  From what the OP says, their spouse's addresses will all be in Canada.  They never lived in the USA.
