Filled on-line is not the same as filed on-line. The I129F and G325a are filled in on-line, printed, signed and then sent via snail mail to the service centre. There is no electronic filing option for the I129F and G325a as they both require signatures.

Most of the PDF documents are fillable, the G-325A has a convenient feature where you fill out page 1, and when you print it all 4 pages are filled out for you.
