How can I get expedite

Hello, I have questions about expedite visa, I’m from Iran and my husband is American I have been waiting for my visa interview for 19 months i got my DQ on July 2020

then I didn’t hear anything from the nvc, is there any recommendations for the expedite is the hardships effective to get the expedite? Does anyone know any people got expedite Through pregnancy?

definitely pregnancy is not a good choice at this time, because having a baby will give you more headache when you and your partner not staying with each other, on the other hand probably you have to submit all documents from beginning because of new born baby which caused another delay on your case,

may I ask you to share your timeline details and what embassy you supposed to go for interview, 

my wife and me are in the same boat, waiting 5 month after DQ, but not interview yet

first of all, your husband has to apply for expedite, but do you know our case is still at NVC or sit in Embassy?

No, pregnancy is not a reason to expedite. Being from Iran, the process will take longer than for most other countries.

We DQ’d Jul 2020 as well. I submitted a request to expedite twice while pregnant (I am US citizen, husband is Iranian citizen). Both times I had my Member of Congress assist and both times I was rejected. Pregnancy is not grounds for an expedite and going through the pregnancy without him was awful, I don’t recommend it at all if you can avoid it. And for what it’s worth we did finally get an expedite for other reasons and he went to his interview in Armenia but it doesn’t even matter because we got put in administrative processing and have been stuck in that for months.

Thank you for your information, Oh yeah I heard so many iranian in Armenia embassy got AP after their interview, and I guess it’s for iranian men, and this is really sucks, I didn’t know that this process will kill me here, I feel so bad here, I’ve been with my husband since 2015 and he was working in Afghanistan and we couldn’t try for my visa because he was out of America so we start it from 2020, I really can’t wait to start my life with my husband, it’s really painful for me, have you ever been in Iran? 

My husband never been here because he scared to come here 🤦🏻‍♀️

That makes no sense. If you were married in 2015 you could've been petitioned long time ago instead of only in 2020.

If I may ask. What are the most likely reasons to expedite? I’ve heard that the reasons typically have to be in support to the US petitioner.

Here is guidance from USCIS. 

Generally expedite reasons have to be relating to hardship the USC experiences. 

If you think you have a valid reason for expedite send it in.
