evidence of bona fide relationship

Hi everyone, I married my wife (Canadian citizen) in Nov of 2021 (so a recent marriage). We have known each other since 2018 and have been engaged since. I am just about to file the i130 for her and wanted to get some feedback on the documents that I am submitting as evidence of bona fide relationship. I included documentation of adding her as a beneficiary to my retirement account, receipt for a money transfer, upcoming reception contract (we had a court marriage and have a reception coming up), 35 pictures of our trips in the US (multiple cities in front of landmarks) and Canada, passport stamps, tickets, gifts (including the ring), sample of chats since 2018 and restaurant receipts. We have never lived together since she works in Canada and I work here. Is this evidence sufficient or do I need to include anything else? I just want to make sure I submit as much stuff as possible. Thank you!

Since we have never lived together, have work in two different countries, we do not have any joint leases.

At the time of petition filing, my spouse and I had also never lived together, so had no joint leases.  But we had several trips/vacations together, which added up to several months spent together in person, before and after we got married.  Our I-130 petition was approved without any RFE.  We submiited a whopping 12 pages of bona fide relationship evidence consisting of --

  • passport stamps, beneficiary's I-94 US travel history
  • pictures from our wedding and vacations, including pictures with family and friends
  • petitioner's phone bill listing both of our names in the family plan
  • petitioner's employee profile listing beneficiary as emergency contact

You've had a lot of time together and a number of visits.  Primary evidence of that time is actual evidence of travel, like boarding passes and passport stamps.  Photos are secondary.  Leave out evidence of money transfers.  That's not commingling of finances.  Sounds like you've had plenty of time together.  No need to go overboard with other categories of relationship evidence.
