Help on getting interview date K1

Hi everyone,

My fiance' in the Philippines has already filed the ds-160 and paid the visa fee.

 

She is trying to check on interview dates and keeps coming to a page where it says something about a C1 visa.

She keeps saying she must get a C1 visa also.

I have no idea what is going on with that it is for traveling through US, not staying here

 

Is there a flowchart she can use to go line by line to check on an interview?

Is your case file at the embassy?   Does your CEAC status show READY?

Definitely NOT.  No need for a C1 visa to be able to schedule a K1 visa interview.

Yes sir, she just verified it says READY

OK    The online schedule may not be working correctly, for sure she does not need a C-1 visa.  It may be better to call for scheduling at this time.

For medicals right now an appt is needed.   And there is the CCP virus BS to deal with as well.

 

For CFO that is online and over over the phone interview and CFO wants a copy of the visa before issuing the certificate.

My fiancée has internet issues and I ended up booking an appointment and medical dates for her.
