hello everyone, I'm jen. i've been here for a while, but mostly just browsing and reading post from VJ members and i find this site very informative and helpful. so many times i like to post some questions, but fortunately, i always find the answers from the members here before i can post, but this questions that i have, cant find any answers or maybe too many posts is there already and so hard to dig the answers this time. either way, i need some opinions and suggestions and i like to thank everyone who can shed some enlightenment to me. :help:

i just want to ask something bout DS230, but before i ask these questions, i just give some info. I'm married here in the Philippines (Ph) to an American guy named Frederick :) and i appointed him as my choice of agent. He already sent out the IV fee bill, the complete I864 to NVC, however he was assigned to another country as of the moment for the next couple of months. he waited for the Ds230 to be sent out to him before leaving, he called NVC twice and was advised they sent out the form June 3rd, then resend it again June 20th, unfortunately, nothing arrive to his home addr in the US and he left end of June. he instructed his brother to sent me whatever paperworks arrived from NVC, but until now, he's brother said nothing is in the mail.

my question is, can i just download the DS230 on NVC site, then follow James shortcut for the coversheet and the barcode and send directly to NVC address all the paperworks and documents needed? or shall i send all paperworks to my husband addr, then have my brother-in-law sent it to NVC since the address was used is the US address since my husband is my choice of agent?

thanks for the time and any opinion will be truly appreciated, have a good day and God bless..

I think that as long as you have all the necessary info and they receive it, you should be fine. There is a nother VJ member who's husband is with her in Germany and even though he's the Choice of Agent, they will be sending the paperwork from Germany.
