Did you email them too?

If you still have the information from your original appointment on paper, you could also take a chance and show up for it.  It sucks but it seems you are out of options.

 

 

Rescheduling or cancelling your interview

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please email ivmadrid@state.gov. There may be a significant wait before the next available appointment, so please attempt to attend the date already assigned.
