I just got a notice in the mail today.. my wife is adjusting from K1 and we had our interview scheduled for the 3rd of next month. I just received a notice that says the following:

On January 14, 2022, we cancelled or descheduled the interview scheduled for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, Receipt Number XXXX. We will notify you by mail if the appointment is rescheduled, a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you.

I am really stressing out as I was excited to finally be at the end of this… does this mean we were denied? My wife is now pregnant and I don’t want to add this stress onto her.. Please help or has anyone else gone through something similar?

It absolutely does NOT mean you were denied.  Most likely COVID has effected the staff available to conduct interviews or other reasons that has nothing to do with you.  It is quite common now for interviews to be rescheduled.  Relax.
