Hello, when filing concurrently both waivers I601 and I212, do I need to pay for both forms 930$ + 930$ (using 2 separate checks)? Or do I pay just one fee of 930$ for whole package? Please, waiting for answers from those guys who know exactly, or did file by themselves, or is an attorney. Thank you very much.

I have not heard of a discount for multiple waivers, well you should get on from your Lawyer as the I 601 pretty much covers the I 212

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

we pay 930 dollars for each form with a separate check and we send the whole package together.
