Hello all,

Hope everyone is doing well.

I would like to get some advices if there is anything I can do for my case.

I have filed the I360 on the beginning of 2020 and requested for my interview (based on marriage) to be rescheduled because of the abuse from my ex husband before the interview. USCIS canceled the interview in last minute. My lawyer have contacted USCIS to maintain my I-485 case open while waiting for a decision from I-360. I

We have filed for the renewal of EAD twice. I got the first one. However, it was expired Dec 2021 including the automatic extension (180 days). So, my laywer filed for the extension for my EAD on Feb 2021. I still haven't heard any updates from UCSIS. My laywer have sent the request to expedite for the 2nd EAD extension to USCIS tho. My I 360 is still pending (case was received in the the website). Is my case on track? Is there anything that I need to do?Or should I just wait?
