Hi, did you ever get any update? My husband interviewed August 2022, since then no update. I waited 120 days, then sent a letter to local field office in December. Received no response, so raised service request a few days ago with USCIS. It's so frustrating not knowing what to expect or how long to wait.

I’m in the same boat. Interviewed back in August and no update since then.

No update yet. I am gearing up to sue them now if there is no update in the next week.

1. You have a previous post saying your I-751 was pending. Was it ever approved?

2. Are you still  married to the person who filed your I-130?

Dear Mike, I may have made a mistake, my I-751 was approved in 2018.

Yes, I am still married to the same individual and residing at the same address since my arrival in the US.

I suspect my N-400 may have been caught in the CARRP because of my background. Though I have no known issues, USCIS often times considers faith and the background to be the big issue.

I am a muslim by faith and from a South Asian origin.

I doubt that is the issue.
