the 7 months noa is long gone

Thus, making the CR-1 even more superior to a K-1 for most people.  Good luck.

Agreed. My I-129F receipt date is 4/1/21 and I regret not going the CR-1 route pretty much daily.

I 100% would've went the CR-1 route if it was an option for my situation, waiting almost a year for an NOA2 (323 days so far) is agonizing.

I filed in april 13 2021.. is it really taking a year just to get noa2? Its been agonizing wait

It sucks. I know. Our NOA1 was 2nd march, 2021. We got our NOA2 on 4th January, 2022. So we waited 10 months and 2 days for it. Average wait time right now for NOA2 that we are seeing is 10-11 months. When we started this process it was around 7-8 months.

Whole process is taking forever. I talked to NVC on Thursday there & they had just received our petition. So they said to call back in a week or two to see if they’ve input it yet to get our case number.
