Hello! 

 

I received and email from the NVC that my immigrant visa appointment was scheduled with the date and time and instructions to follow to prepare for the interview. My visa type is CR1 conditional IR1

and the first instruction was: 

Step 1: Register your appointment online

First, create a free account online. Creating an account provides us with the information we need to return your passport to you after your interview. Click the “Register” button below to proceed.

 

I tried to follow the link to register it give me to select from these and I select the first one:

then it took me to I fill my email and the password as required then it sent me an email for activation

then the link was

then I received this email 

A new user account was created and activated on the U.S. Department of State Visa Appointment and Information system. By creating this account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the “Privacy Policy” and agreed to comply with the Terms of Use of the appointment system.

You can access your account at https://ais.usvisa-info.com/

with a unique identification number.

 

every time I try to sign in this page appear

 What should I do and how I can register as instructed? 

 

please help!

CR1 visa appointments are scheduled between NVC and the embassy 

 

1st area is None of the above

your letter said  the date and time would follow

 

The Kentucky Center is for DV lottery winners 

 

what to do contact the computer EMMA and ask to speak to a person

that's why i said ask EMMA to speak to the proper person for info

seems it is possible there was an error on petition and it expects u to make appointment 

did u mark the area that said "office or consular " as that messes things up

u can try NVC but if case has been sent to embassy ,  they will not be able to help

 

National Visa Center (NVC): For NVC case-specific inquiries, you may call 603- 334-0700 or email NVCInquiry@state.gov.

 

and to get real help from the VJ members dealing with your embassy,   fill in a timeline and ID the country

those members will give u the best help

EMMA and USCIS have nothing to do with her case at this point -- it is at NVC, so they will not have information for her.  NVC may be able to help.

Hello,

Thanks for ur reply, I wanna ask u if u could help? 

I still didn't put any information about my visa, I mean the case number, passport and other information that come after, I just put my email and password and stuck on this

can I start a new register from another email or it will be a problem? I used the same email that inserted on the NVC,, ?
