:help: I'm frustrating. W2 and 1099 are different?

They are different.

With a W-2, you will be an employee of the business rather than being self employed as you are with 1099 status.

Working on a 1099 basis actually means that you are working as a true Independent Contractor under the IRS rules. You work on a 1099 basis when you are self employed such as a sole proprietor or as a corporation. Your clients will report the monies they pay you to the IRS on a 1099 form.

Removing Conditions

11/29/09 - I-751 Sent

11/30/09 - I-751 Received

12/01/11 - NOA

08/24/12 - Approved, no interview, card ordered

AOS/EAD/AP

06/11/09 - AOS/EAD/AP Sent

12/29/09 - AOS Approved, no interview, card ordered

01/04/10 - LPR card received
