But how supposed happened that? If I get married with k1 visa can I leave and apply for a spousal visa while I m on K1 visa

Yes, you can leave after getting married with a K1 visa. I left the country after the wedding and honeymoon. If you leave the country after you're married using k1, meaning you will start a whole other journey with a spouse visa while you're living in your home country. If you are married, you're not eligible for K1 anymore.

Imo, you already have the visa, don't waste it. At least just go to the U.S first before it expires. Get married, even if you can't afford a big wedding, just go to the courthouse for paperwork. After you're officially married then you can think about what next, either stay or leave the country.

Good luck! Think through and discuss with your fiance.

@Road2K1 Thanks, can I go to the U.S within the day that k1 visa expires in my passport, is it possible?

I’d give it at least 3-4 days before your K-1 visa expiration date.

Yes will be risky I understand. Could anyone tell me if I would be prepared about cheching me on customs by officers. Will they start searching my personal stuff like opening suitcase, checking my phone for photos, messages, texts? Are officers gonna check only paperwork and the closed sealed envelope and asking me questions about it?

They absolutely have the right to check any of the above.

My experience entering u.s with k1, they not checking my stuff. They asked my documents, I hand them the yellow package I got from embassy then they ask me to follow them to the room, waiting for about 15-20 mins, they open the package, ask me my name and ask me to open my mask, they stamp my passport (give the expiration date on it), then that's it. I good to go.

But... I have experienced entering u.s with f1 visa, they check my suitcase.
