Canceled interview due covid 19

Hi guys , 

My parents  had their interview scheduled for  March 2020 before we were notified that it was canceled due to Covid-19 situation. They are still waiting gor new interview appointment !!!

do we have to do anything from our end or are we going to be automatically notified once such a date is picked?

you could email the embassy giving case #'s,  all names including yours and all DOB's saying "please keep the 2 cases open and give them the 1st open interview date"

will it help?   who knows?

 

but it would help here if u ID the country/ embassy as best answers are from VJ members going thru the same embassy
