'last updated'? 'portfolio page'? I understand thee not... can someone please put me out of my misery and tell me what obvious thing I'm missing now? this is all my page ever says:

I would definatly approve of an approving touch ....or even an approving nod or smile would do! Even a wee touch to assure me it's not become that file you find down the back of the desk 2 years later so thick with dust that it looks like it's grown fur.....all offices have these files, I know....when my law firm moved offices back in Feb we found a personal client information file from 1989 under a filing rack. This was the oldest but there were several other located after 2-3 years lying wedged between a wall and a desk.

no touch. no nothing. we are getting serious abt ditching our K1 and running the risky-route of going for DCF, risking that they don't accept the petition bc of the 6 months residency-rule. that would make our germany-winter-wedding in december true and we would escape the AOS and AP-#######. I'm so fed-up with this CSC-waiting marathon.

and i'm drowning in wedding plans. the only thing i think abt is CANDLES RED ROSES AND A WHITE DRESS. yep. i'm crazy.

If you filed in july, you probably wont get a touch until oct or so. maybe even november. how fast is germany?If they are 30 days or less you could make a december wedding.

anyway, we'll all in the waiting game, especially us July filers. i think a june filer just got an approveal but there are still plenty of April and May filers waiting. i think we all are on target in July for the NOA2 average of 90 to 120 days for approval.

I think once we all get into October the atmosphere will become more festive for us. We are like underclassmen right now. just waiting for our turn to get to the top. September is just about here and hopefully it will fly by.

just to clarify: I think the June filer who got approval was darkhorse, and he actually filed in March, but USCIS stuffed up, so expedited the second submission...

and September will fly by for me; I'm spending the first week of it strolling around Prague with my fiancé... first time we've been together in NINE MONTHS

Yeah - bring on October!! Although I am dreading other people from July getting touches and approvals before me even though I filed at the end of July - I think that might even make the waiting harder especially as we are punching a time clock!!! Not that I won't be happy for everyone of course but still!!! I'll be soooooo jealous!!

what I'm dreading is when/if I see people after me getting approvals...that's when you know it maybe time to start thinking...."what did I miss, what might they ask for, where can I get it?"

then the horror of interview time sets especially with the I-134 issues we have.....nick never filed taxes as never earned enough....we have co-sponsor well over min amount! just apparently London getting really tough on about getting tax returns, even though the don't state they are essential anywhere.

Oh I don't want to think about the interview - after I get my NOA2 everything becomes a mystery again AM glad I have you guys to talk me through it all cause I am sure I will be ok but at the moment my vision is clouded with NOA2 dreams!!

I don't want to think about the interview simply b/c I have to deal with Montreal and I think the whole lot of you will be in the US and married by the time our interview happens!

yes you are correct and his time for NOA2 was 82 days.
