That will depend when people filed and which SC they are using. Mine shows 23 October, but that keeps changing.

Yeah today mine says November 1 but it used to be early/mid-October. :'(

Oh how I wish they would cash my check!!! I'm a bit worried you see because I postmarked our I-129F on Sunday 29-July!!! That's right the deadline snuck up on me and I had to find one of those USPS counters that is open on Sunday.

I mailed to the Nebraska Service Center ('cause I missed that whole thing about California) so I assume that Nebraska has simply shipped it to California... The proof of delivery shows that Nebraska received it on Aug-1 but so far they haven't deposited my check.

I'm new to this party, but I thought I'd check in. After blazing off the starting block, I'm in the dreaded "wait" mode (Why won't you even TOUCH my application?)

Sometime in the last few days my adjucation estimate jumped from Oct 10 to Oct 25. That's not *terrible* but I'd LOVE to get beyond this first gate (looking for NOA2). We're hoping to spend Christmas together here in the states. She's never seen snow and I'd love to show it to her.

ps: Her b'day is just before Christmas, so wouldn't that be a lovely gift? :-D

Ours is late November as well but it is only a projected date so there is still a chance it could be earlier - of course it could be later as well but I try not to think about that

I just hope above and beyond everything else I have ever hoped for that we get the visa in time for our wedding...

should i worry? i live in illinois and i sent my i129f to nebraska center.

usps status:

at this point, i still havent heard or receive anything from them. check is not cash yet.

is this normal?
