I have been waiting too for my NOA2. I sent my I-129F to VSC on July 05 2007 and I received the NOA1 on July 11 2007. I don't know how long I have to wait for that touchdown.

Omizo, if you look at your timeline, Visa Journey projects that you will receive your NOA2 on October 12. This projection will automatically be updated as new information becomes available.

You can also monitor individual applications as well as trends in the Vermont Service Center forum. Follow this link.

may we join the club of control-freaks and the impatient waiting ones?

we just sent off our I-129 on June 30th.

And, to add for those who are considering visiting their loved-ones during the K1: I entered the US on July 27th on a visa-waiver (europeans are very lucky when it comes to that), after our NOA1 through Philidelphia without ANY question being asked. i was as nervous as possible, but ..... no problems at all!

No approvals???? Just kidding. Its only August. What was I thinking? But seriously though...everyday my projected approval date from my timeline drops another day. Dropped 4 days in 4 days. Its like Groundhog Day!!! #######. :protest:

I know what you mean, mine was dropping like that then leveled out for a few days.... but then.... dropped two days since yesterday

Projected approval date? Am I missing something? Or would I just ####### in my pants if I realised how fine we were cutting things!?

Ok I just found it... mine is November 25th... three days after my graduation ceremony... well I certainly hope it is quicker than that... and if not then I hope the second half of the proceedings go very very fast if we are hoping for our wedding and all our plans to be ok for the 11th Feb...

Ok... it's even before midnight which on a Tuesday is pretty impressive for me - I think I am going to quit while I am ahead and get some sleep

Thanks weedebz! Needed some emotional support through this painfully long process. Seems like not much activity is going on for us late july filers. We're still waiting for our NOA1. Just had a taste of Govt. healthcare efficiency today and so can only imagine how it is for visa application! Excuse me for being ignorant, but wasn't sure how to PM u.

Okay, one more dumb question - Am I supposed to select United States? Or is it Russia?

you'll select the place the beneficiary (ie not the US citizen) will be going for their interview... so in my case, the Consulate is 'London', as even though I'm Australian, I'll be doing my interview in London (I live in London right now )

Aww - all the questions got answered already!! I was going to try and be really helpful as well!!!

Am currently at work with nothing to do so taking advantage of trying to keep up with my other online things without obviously doing something I am not really meant to do!!! Yahoo is far too obvious!
