Jeraly- I called DOS and they didn't have ours in the system. I called NVC the same day using my EAC receipt number and they had our file. They also will give u a new number.

I seriously want my NOA2 too. This is getting ridiculous. We got another touch 12/31 (new years eve, weird) and still nothing. After all these touches I thought for sure by now there'd be an RFE or an approval. It's making me crazy!

I got through to the DOS earlier today too.

Again they told me the Visa package was shipped from NVC to the Manila Embassy on Dec 19th.

She said it had not yet arrived at the Embassy????

According to the tracking information I found it was received on Dec 26th.

I'm guessing they haven't gotten around to opening the box yet. Or at least I'm hoping thats what happened.

My RFE notice was not updated on the website. They still have not updated it. I just received it in the mail. There were several other VJ members who were also approved without any change on the website (received their NOA2 in the mail only) so hopefully good news is on it way soon. hang in there and watch your mail.

Maybe you should give them a call just to make sure? It would be awful if they got you muddled up and it would help to set your mind at rest as well :)

Maybe they're all just a little hungover and bloated from over-indulging at Christmas and want to make it look like they are actually doing some work by updating the system without actually changing your status?!!? Ahhh - drugz?!?! You'll die from those before you do of the tooth!!!

As for FNZ - I am banning myself from wine/choc etc... serious crash diet needed so tips are very very welcome!!!! I fly out in five weeks today and I need to be able to get into my dress!!!

Btw - any news on Audrey's RFE? I haven't seen her around in ages... :(

just a wee Q, it'll only have been a couple of days between me finishing the antibiotics and my medical. Should I tell them about it and why I was on it as although metronidazole is a dental antibiotic it's also the drug they give to alcoholics to stop them drinking. One mouthful of alcohol on this drug makes you violently sick. It would probably still show up in a drugs test.
