I checked USCIS Online status this evening and no touches but was about to go to bed and checked USCIS one last time just for the heck of it and we have a "touch"!!!! I don't think I will be able to sleep tonight!! Please let it be an "approval touch"!!

I am *sure* it will be good news - they couldn't be so mean before Christmas!!!! I got two touches before my approval so maybe yours will be the same..? So much for things slowing down over the holiday season!!

mmmm...just been on aquisition quest to my dad.....traded 8 squares of belgian choc for an oatcake and stilton (my dad insisted I drink some of his reserve port with the stilton otherwise no deal).

Thanks, I certainly hope so. After remaining uber calm the last few months I am starting to fret about this NOA2 now.

You're so lucky to see even a faint glow of the Northern Lights. I have never seen them even though I visited Scotland many times. It's one of my 'need to do before I die' things. Maybe a trip to Alaska someday will solve that one for me.

Not sure on the vacation question. A lot of places in the US only give Christmas Day as holiday.

One of my best vacations ever...... 4 nights in Iceland during november 2005. Spent 2 nights eating herring and salmon and drinking aquavit and schnapps under very vibrant northern lights with my best friend (my wee brother) and 3 other friends at the ice hotel. Great memories!

One of my top states to visit once over there is Alaska! I love Ice and snowscapes. I want to see Colorado in winter too. I don't cope well with heat....dreading nebraskan summers!

if you have been touched the date will have changed when you log into your case on USCIS but when you click on your case number nothing has changed!

nothing happend. been checking that site 10x a day even before i go to bed but no changes. it's same eversince.........

Which is why I dont understand how some people can say they were touched twice in a single day... Its not like they put a time with the date.
