Just stopping by to give update on my status. I was told by CSC that they mailed out my NOID SINCE 7 Dec, but still haven't got it, so the lady I spoke with today said she will mail me a new one. She requested for my file to mail me another one. Just cant wait to get it so I can fix whatever the issue is soon. Keep man in your prayers. Wiated too long for all these unforseen delays.

We got it :dance: ! Dan just called me that he received our Noa2, a nice envelope from USCIS, dated 12/12/2007 which is the date of our first TOUCH. Still no change in our account but we got the hard copy. Good luck for those who are still waiting!

Danca!!!! GRATZIES!!! :dance: I told you it would be ok!!!! (so glad I am right or I would have looked real dumb ) YAAAAAAAAAAAAAYYYYYYYYY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am totally hyper as Jeremy should have just landed in Charlotte - he doesn't have to change planes but he seems to have to stay there for four hours which is a bit lame Hopefully he won't have to be there long and then he can get an early coach and be with me a couple hours earlier!

Ok - so my payment for Jeremy being here for Christmas is no NOA2 but I'm happy with that!

Have updated spreadsheet I am one of six people who are not approved from my date - that didn't make sense... there are 5 people who had their petitions received at CSC before me who haven't been approved yet. And I pray they get their NOA2s before I do. Otherwise I'll feel guilty

I'm trying! I'm trying!! I just don't appear to be very good at this NOA2 game! Besides - I'm not in as much as a rush as the other people now so I hope they do get their NOA2s before me It would make them so happy and that is what is important

Same here

Our first touch was 12/12 then another two touches and today my fiance got the NOA2 in the mail, dated 12/12/07

but website still says case is pending....

YAY!!! SEE?!? I am Miss Future-Predictor!! They say you can't ever predict your own future so maybe that is why I am having so much trouble I am sooooo glad things all worked out - I told you you had nothing to worry about!!

Thing is now I am... not worrying... just feeling ansy about Jeremy being here in case it turns up in the mail!!! We haven't had so much as a sniff of a touch or an approval or anything!!

Wow - that was fast as well! 134 days!!!! I'm on 150 at the moment
