You still have 2 stages to go, but just yesterday you had 3 more stages. And that last stage was the absolute worst one. Things are really gonna start moving for you now. Congrats!!

as most of you know i got two touches during the last two days, but still no approval..

Today the date is still on 12/13 and i start to get worried..Other people had their approval right after their first touch ?!

Does this maybe mean i´ll get an RFE ?????

And can i call them to find out or should i just wait some more?

I really don´t have a lot of patience anymore, especially after these to touches

I understand how you feel - I am sure I would be going out of my mind as well!! I guess it is always worth a call - you could say that you are concerned about having an RFE and see if they tell you anything..? Let us know how you get on

i just called uscis and got a lady on the phone who told me that i was approved but cause i´m not the petitioner she couldn´t give me any further information..she told me that i´ll have my fiance to call them to get more infos...

so he called and got on the phone with somebody else than i was and he or she told him that it is still pending / transferred... ( my case still says it´s pending on the website too)

So now i don´t know ??? one person says different things than the other person...

Sunshine - it is weird that you are getting mixed messages... maybe you could get your OH to call again and explain that you have been told two different things and what the hell is going on!!!! Doesn't sound like an RFE though or I am sure they would have told you..?

Took friday off???? WHY???

I'm surprised I got approved yesterday, we had a huge snow storm here in Mass. Vermont is not too far from where I live, I'm surprised they didn't get hit with it.

Almost every company in Mass let people go home early yesterday due to the storm, I left work at 2pm and my approval was at 6:46pm.

The Govenor of MA let all non essential state employees go home, I guess the USCIS doesnt do that

Haha - maybe that's why VSC is so fast right now - all the employees are snowed in and they have nothing better to do!!! Don't get snow often in Cali!!!
