Jeraly...yep as always I'm fl;oating around somewhere

Rae and Scott....will have you added into spreadsheet in 5mins or so

Billy.....I'm just worried that if we leave it open that things will get added out of order / info will be lost / stuff will get corrupted / we'll have same problem as before with multiple people trying to edit at same time. I have stored a backup onto my laptop too so if website goesdown all data not lost. I can assure you I aint going anywhere. Also once we all graduate K1 process. If we all keep in touch I'll start an AOS on sheet 2 behind that one.

Hope everyone ok with me doing this.

I know you are here a lot and you did a great job with the spreadsheet. God knows I already spend too much time on this website so if you want to do all the data updates it is OK with me. But please give the access information to a few other people so that in the unlikely event you suddenly cannot continue updating, someone else can take over.

By the way, good idea backing up the spreadsheet to your laptop. That was smart.

Bill

The spreadsheet is great! Keep up the awesome work and you'll soon have all of the wrinkles ironed out. And as for Jeraly working for the Service Center - I will personally give you a recommendation! Yes, we can sympathize and be very understanding. You guys are awesome and I'm happy to be in the "July Filers".

P.S. Is there some way you can indicate a difference between the two embassies in Canada, ie: Montreal and Vancouver. Unfortunately we are going through the Montreal embassy in Canada which is currently taking over twice as long to assign interviews as Vancouver...AROUND 6 MONTHS at the moment! :crying:

Hello everyone.

I've been reading the forums for a couple weeks but have only just registered. So hi!

I have a question for you, Rick & Dixie: my boyfriend lives in Toronto. I thought that he would be able to have his interview there because there is a Consulate there. Do they only do interviews in Montreal and Vancouver? #######?! Where did you find the information that it's taking them 6 months (and what is that 6 months from, from NOA2 or even later?). I'm ready to cry reading this. Our lawyer told us that we may have as little as 1 month wait in Toronto between the petition and the visa, but clearly maybe she's wrong if he can't even have his interview there....

And on a side note, since this is my first time posting, I'm not sure if my timeline will automatically show up, but here's my info:

07.12.07 I-129 mailed

07.13.07 I-129F received

07.18.07 NAO1 notice

07.20.07 check cashed

07.22.07 touch

Thanks!

If your boyfriend is a Canadian living in Toronto, why does your timeline list your consulate as "Armenia"?

Thanks for everyone's welcomes and helpful advice! I know I have to be patient, and we are all in the same boat... sometimes it's just hard to look at the long road ahead.

Hopefully I just fixed that Armenia thing. It's because as I set up my registration I left that field blank, and Armenia must be first alphabetically, so it just automatically picked it. Hopefully now it says Montreal.

:P

I think the new spreadsheet is great and wonderful :)

thank you weedebz for taking it in hand... I think it's LOADS better than that huge long list which just dominated every page and made it hard to have actual conversations :)

tiny correction: it's 'Australia' not 'Austrailia' ;)

oh, and not so tiny correction, now I've gone back and looked more closely - while I'm from Australia, I'll be interviewing here in London - been resident in the UK for three years :)

The Very Secret Diary of Legolas Son of Weenus - by Cassandra Claire

Day One: Went to Council of Elrond. Was prettiest person there. Agreed to follow some tiny little man to Mordor to throw ring into volcano. Very important mission - gold ring so tacky.

Day Six: Far too dark in Mines of Moria to brush hair properly. Am very afraid I am developing a tangle.

Orcs so silly.

Still the prettiest.

Day 35: Boromir dead. Very messy death, most unnecessary. Did get kissed by Aragorn as he expired. Does a guy have to get shot full of arrows around here to get any action? Boromir definitely not prettier than me. Cannot understand it. Am feeling a pout coming on.

Frodo off to Mordor with Sam. Tiny little men caring about each other, rather cute really.

Am quite sure Gimli fancies me. So unfair. He is waist height, so can see advantages there, but chunky braids and big helmet most off-putting. Foresee dark times ahead, very dark times.

That's cool! I'm a Harry Potter addict!

I'm personally happy for 2 reasons:

1. Our I129-f is filed and the check cleared, so I know I didn't forget anything major in the packet!!! Still praying for no RFE, though!

2. We had planned on not seeing eachother again until the K1 is issued cos immigrations gave him such a hard time getting in last visit. BUT, since I live so close to Canada, we booked a long weekend there in Oct! Which makes me euphorically happy! :dancing:
