I called 1- 603-334-0700 and got through to NVC today .. 5 minute wait on the phone

2:30 pacific time I called

they said they dont have our case yet.

I'm gonna have to wait for my fiance to call them again tomorrow. He called them twice today before he had to go into work, but their lines were very busy.

i have a few more hours yet but i am not hopeful on anything from them today. you know they always need monday to rest from the weekend. and tuesday to rest from the monday rest. and wednesday to organize what petitions they will look at, and thursday to acutally open one since their boss will by now be looking over their shoulder at coffee breeak and finally on friday a few more will get approvals, but probably not me...

No news on our case either, it shows a touch on Sat but that's about it. We have to keep waiting I guess. Has anyone else gotten any approvals today from CSC????

I got a touch!!!!!!!! Hopefully i'll see an approval tomorrow or sometime this week!

I will add my 5 cents We got approved on Dec 6 (according to the website) YAY! By the way, no email was sent to us even though we set up email notification. They received our case on July 31st and we got NOA1 issued on Aug 10, so 118 days since NOA2 – not bad at all We filed at VCS.

I got my interview date scheduled!! whoopiee!!! Medical exam on Feb 1, 2008 and Interview date on Feb 8, 2008.

Looks like Manila just entered all interviews from case numbers MNL2007818XXX to MNL2007833XXX

NOVC ALREADY GOT MY CASE!!

Ok guys, for your information and in order you call to find out as well: my NOA2 is dated november 19,2007, Marc received the hard copy on November 24,2007 and the NVC received the case yesterday December 10,2007!!!, I hope you get good news as well, please dont desmay!!!

Griff booked his medical today too! Its at 14.30pm on Mon. 7 Jan. We are still hoping he has a shout at getting an early Feb interview. My son really wants him here for his 10th birthday, which is 21 Feb. so we are shotting for a 16 Feb. wedding date. Fingers crossed!

Gratzies on the touches, approvals, interview dates, medical dates, wedding dates and all the other wonderful things happening to you guys Wish I was getting congratulated on something but still nothing - no touches, no approvals, not updates - not even an RFE... Beginning to feel really disgruntled - everyone else seems to be zooming off into the distance now with meds booked and all sorts and I just feel miserable

More issues here, the lady I spoke with today told me something different, its not RFE, SHE SAID ITS NOTICE OF "INDENTED DENIAL", whatever that means. But due to increment weather here i haven't got the letter yet but keep everyone informed. Anyone had this before or know what the cause might be?

Oh guys - I feel for you I really do - I feel so cr@ppy about not hearing any news yet then I get to you guys and feel really guilty I feel the way I do when you are going through so much at your end I'm hoping and praying everything works out ok for you

On another note I am still trying to work the good karma... It's 11.30pm and I just got home from my friend's house - I scraped the ice off my mum's car so it isn't so bad in the morning for her I do try to live a life being good and kind and nice so don't I deserve a break?! Maybe this is sent to test my altruism... :/

Oh and on another note as it was something I was really concerned about!!! I had an e-mail from my wedding planner who said they will provide a letter to say we can postpone our wedding in case the contract with out Feb 11th date causes an issue!!! Obviously we will only be postponing the legal wedding and not the ceremony but it is a huge weight off my mind. She just wanted to clarify that we do not hold them to it at a later date and wanted confirmation of that to cover their @$$ which I can understand

I'll still be around to hang out with you here Jeraly! I may have my NOA2 but I will be waiting on the interview for a long time to come, so I kinda know what you mean watching people "zoom off" to their medicals, interview dates, and everything. Actually, it's beginning to freak me out a bit, b/c now I have to get my sh!t together with all the next paperwork stuff. I am going to skip the gym tonight and go straight home to start filling out everything I probably should have done the minute my NOA2 came.

Anyway, try not to feel too disgruntled... one day soon you're going to check that site and see your approval and it'll feel so great!

I know - if I actually believe it!! Brr I am cold - it is 12.20am and I am ssat in short sleeves with my window open and it is frosty outside... really ought to go to bed but kinda buzzing on the news from my planner and kinda hooked on USCIS to see if they bother to do anything on there before home time in 40 minutes or so... Should really go to bed before then though...

Glad to know people will stick around I really love the people here - I feel like I am so close to everyone - like you are all my family :)I am really hoping that if we have our non-legal wedding in Feb then our legal wedding later next year that I can invite a bunch of people from here. We were talking about meeting up sometime next year so it would be awesome if everyone could come to the wedding! For the legal one we are going for the whole cheesy Vegas thing - I want white cowboy boots, white jeans, white cowboy hat... the works - I'll have had my beautiful dress so It'll be great to do both!!

Maybe I can get you guys to all sort out the something old, something new etc...

Just had to check in. I am celebrating my case being received by NVC!!!!! YAY!!!!! :dance: :dance: it got there yesterday, so hopefully it will get turned around to London by the end of the week! We may actually make our Feb 16th wedding yet! although we are prepared to move the date, I still have hope!!!!!
