what does that mean, debz? I thought AP was just for high fraud posts...?

The Very Secret Diary of Legolas Son of Weenus - by Cassandra Claire

Day One: Went to Council of Elrond. Was prettiest person there. Agreed to follow some tiny little man to Mordor to throw ring into volcano. Very important mission - gold ring so tacky.

Day Six: Far too dark in Mines of Moria to brush hair properly. Am very afraid I am developing a tangle.

Orcs so silly.

Still the prettiest.

Day 35: Boromir dead. Very messy death, most unnecessary. Did get kissed by Aragorn as he expired. Does a guy have to get shot full of arrows around here to get any action? Boromir definitely not prettier than me. Cannot understand it. Am feeling a pout coming on.

Frodo off to Mordor with Sam. Tiny little men caring about each other, rather cute really.

Am quite sure Gimli fancies me. So unfair. He is waist height, so can see advantages there, but chunky braids and big helmet most off-putting. Foresee dark times ahead, very dark times.

I don't know they woman was very vague. Just said that the file was in administrative process and that no timescale could be given. I asked her what for and she said security checks and clearances. I asked if she could give me any guideline of timescale at all and she said well if all goes through smoothly with no glitches could be through in a week or 2 but if there are any glitches could take months.

Think I'm just going to call every couple of days.

oh sweetie, I'm so sorry :(

but try not to borrow trouble, hey? don't expect the worst... a week or two would hardly even affect your planned timescale; I can't imagine there'll be much they need to check :)

*BIG hug*

try not to stress about it... easy for me to say, I know, but it won't get you anywhere, and you may well find you've been agonising over something that doesn't even happen :)

i'm going to chase up NVC and find out for sure if my file en route to london....finger crossed. If it is...going to get my LND# and booke medical for mid Jan....makes me feel like I'm getting somewhere.

I am crossing everything for you weedebz!!!!!!!!!! You go wee girl.

funny thing is...I call myself wee but I'm 5'10

You would tower over me. I am barely 5' short. I am considered the runt of the litter because all of my sisters are much taller than me. My 6 year old even has bigger feet than I do - not hard to do when I wear a 2 1/2 in childrens. I am always made fun of because of my small feet and that I am so short. Imagine all of the nicknames there are for me? I've heard them all. Buying clothing is a nightmare too.

:crying: in administrative processing!!!!!..."no time frame..blah blah blah"

SO SORRY!!!!!!!

man, these people really have NO idea what they are doing to us!

Anybody else out there file mid July and NOT get their NOA2 yet? I'm feeling so skipped over!!

if you count 'mid-July' as around the 10th to the 20th (let's count both those dates as there are 31 days in July), latest counts show:

113 NOA1s in that period, from all service centres

and

76 NOA2s for those filers, as of today

so what's that... around two-thirds done? I think they're working on that period right now, and it will be mostly cleared this week, or next :)

hope that's helpful, and not just annoying... ;)

That is VERY helpful. I'm so bad at looking over the stats on this website. I get stressed and confused so thank you for clearing that up for me. Yes that time frame covered me..7/13/07.

Thank you :)

3/5/11 sent LOC paperwork

3/9/11 date of NOA
